Good Morning, Internets

Embedded, thanks to hulu, and by default, thanks to Joss Whedon, for graciously airing "Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog" in its entirety.

As some of you may know, Joss Whedon (Buffy, Angel, Firefly, Toy Story) directed and co-wrote a series of webisodes during the Writer's Strike. He enlisted Neil Patrick Harris, Nathan Fillion, and Felcia Day to star in a musical about a low-rent supervillain who finds himself in loev, only to find his nemesis Captain Hammer has begun to date her. Hilarity ensues.

You can download the video, and soon the soundtrack, on iTunes in order to support their efforts. It's pretty magical. So if you're board, have some time to kill, and enjoy silly musicals (and, of course, Lord Neil Patrick Harris), this is a must see.

Good Morning, Internets

Stumbled across this:
"On May 1, 1947 Evelyn McHale leapt to her death from the observation deck of the Empire State Building. Photographer Robert Wiles took a photo of McHale a few minutes after her death."

Good Morning, Internets

A Muslim-centered internet dating website. Themed social networks shouldn't be humorous to me...but they are.

Good Morning, Internets

Away from the internet for a few days and nothing's changed. The world still has yet to find its goddamned mind.

Good Morning, Internets

This one sort of tells itself, doesn't it?

On a similar note, I would be curious to discover the history of the stereotyped pairing of cops and donuts.
